Hotel Luxor

This hotel is close to the Naples airport, so it makes a great place to stay if you have an early flight. The staff was very friendly, and went out of his way to make us happy. Even ordered a pizza for us and had it delivered to our room free of charge.

It was the best option considering budget and location (near to airport). The staff was very welcoming (I arrived late at night and was hungry but they ordered a pizza margherita for me 5euros and delivered it to my room). They made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was as expected and liked it. Room was great, comfy bed nice bathroom.

The employees took a last minute booking and allowed us to store our 8 bags until the room was ready. They also made a reservation for a restaurant in the area which provided transportation. They also set up a taxi to take us to the airport in the morning. The kind and generous gestures will be remembered for a long time.

Our flights were cancelled with easyJet and we had to choose the closest hotel which was on a 3 star standard. Luxor was this match, and when we arrived the member of staff could not have been more welcoming and wonderful to help ease our stress for our flight cancellation. To our surprise we had a hot tub spa bath in our room, which was amazing, and he also arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be sent to our room. We had the most wonderful experience. This saved our honeymoon.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport which was great for our very early flight the next day. The staff was extremely helpful and had a taxi waiting for us at 4am. They had even offered to give us wakeup calls too to make sure we didn't oversleep! The room was a good size for our family and the bathroom was bigger than most other European hotels we've been to. This is a very good hotel.
